We collect personal data through our website's contact form, which is hosted on Wix. When you submit the form to request contact from us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your email address

We do not collect any special category data (e.g., health information) via this form. Any therapy-related discussions occur separately and are handled with additional safeguards.

We may also automatically collect technical data via Wix, such as IP address, browser type, and device information, for site functionality and analytics. For details on Wix's processing, see their Privacy Policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data.

We use your data for the following purposes:

- To improve our website and services (e.g., analyzing form submissions anonymously).
- To comply with legal obligations, if required.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing.

Legitimate Interests: Processing contact details to respond to your inquiries and operate our business (balanced against your rights).

Consent: Where you provide explicit agreement, such as for any future communications.

Legal Obligation: If needed to meet regulatory requirements in the therapy sector.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data.

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it with:
- Wix (as our website host and processor) – they process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Professional advisors or authorities if legally required (e.g., for compliance or investigations).

No data is transferred outside the UK without adequate safeguards, such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Data Security.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure servers via Wix. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention.

We retain your contact form data for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry (typically up to 6 months after resolution) or longer if required by law (e.g., for tax or regulatory purposes, up to 6 years). After this, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
